The Silph Warehouse is a warehouse found just outside Botan City on Route 59 (Brown and Prism) or Botan Outskirts (Rijon Adventures). As its name implies, it is owned by the Silph Company, but is initially taken over by Team Rocket in two of the games.

The Silph Warehouse is referred to as Warehouse on the Town Map, and as Silph Co. Warehouse on the sign outside.

Initially it is taken over by Team Rocket, with the workers at the warehouse being held hostage. Once the player battles their way through the building and defeats Giovanni, the Rockets will leave both the warehouse and the nearby Botan City. This is necessary for the Haunted Forest to become accessible.

There are wild Pokémon on B1F, as well as a couple of items, but no trainers.

The building has no trainers or wild Pokémon, though the basement and first floors are similar to their layout appearance in Brown, and items can be found on B1F.

A guard blocks the stairs to 2F, claiming that only Silph employees are allowed through. However, if the player has the Shop Ticket, he will let them through. Upstairs is only one small room, with an NPC in the middle of it running the Secret Shop.

Secret Shop[]
