Moraga Town is first accessed via Silk Tunnel. It has an exit to Route 60 to the east, and a City Underpass leading to Route 56, though until the player has Surf they cannot traverse it.

Coin Case
Given by the man in the top left corner of Nation's Burgers
The gym is located just to the west of the Pokémon Center, in the north of the town. Its gym leader is Lois, who uses Grass-type Pokémon at levels 23-26. Winning will award the player TM21 (Giga Drain) and the Sprout Badge.
Despite it being reached before Jaeru Gym and Lois's Pokémon being at a lower level than Sparky's, it is considered the fourth gym both on the trainer card and by the badge guards on Route 65.
Nations Burgers[]
Nation's Burgers is a building in the south-west of the town, just below the Mart. Nothing can be bought here, but the customer in the restaurant's top left corner gives the player the Coin Case.
Orion Academy[]
The Orion Academy is a school for the gifted. It only has one student.
Underground Path[]
At the very south-east of the town is a building containing an underground path, which leads to Route 56. Inside this building, a trainer will trade their Nidoking in exchange for the player's Nidoqueen.
Other points of Interest[]
In the house behind a Cut tree in the north-west of the town, a woman gives the player HM02 (Fly).
Near the gym, there is a man who gives the player TM31 (Mimic).
The gym is located just to the west of the Pokémon Center, in the north of the town. Its gym leader is Lois, who uses Grass-type Pokémon at levels 63-69. Winning will award the player TM19 (Giga Drain) and the Sprout Badge.
It is either the second or third gym the player encounters, but is considered the third in the Rijon League.
Nations Burgers[]
Nation's Burgers is a building in the south-west of the town, just below the Mart. It sells food items that can recover a Pokémon's HP.
The Move Relearner's house is in the north-west of the city, behind a tree that can be Cut down. Any of the player's Party Pokémon can remember a move in that species's level-up learnset, at or below the level that Pokémon currently is. The cost per move is one Heart Scale. These can most frequently be found by Mining.

State Library[]
The State Library replaces the Orion Academy. It was built five years before the events of Rijon Adventures, and therefore 15 years after Pokémon Brown. The player must talk to Scott in the library before battling him in Jaeru City, and the scientist at the entrance gives the player the Old Amber.
Move Tutors[]
An old man standing nearby the Gym can teach one of your Pokémon Softboiled.
A Black Belt in the State Library offers Seismic Toss.
The Pokémon Move Maniac lives in the house below the PokéMart, and can make a Pokémon remember one move it already learned. The price is either two Tiny Mushrooms or one Big Mushroom.

A man inside one of the houses will give the player a free Beer Keg.
