The Virus Scan is a key item in Pokémon Brown, replacing the Silph Scope from Red, Blue, and Yellow. It is found at Coolboyman Mansion, and unmasks the Haunted Forest's Missingno.
The Virus Scan is also in Rijon Adventures, but it is unused.
